Can you believe this is the last brown envelope mailing you’ll receive this school year? I hope you are able to find time to have fun and relax this summer. Thanks so much for your support and interest in your child’s education this year.

During the awards ceremony this Friday, we will be recognizing the students in various areas of academic achievement, service, punctuality, perfect attendance and social growth. The students in EE—3rd will receive special recognition in the areas of personal and social growth and the children in 4th—8th grade will be recognized for their    academic accomplishments. We are proud of all of the children of St. Pius V School. We hope you can join us at 9:30 a.m. in the church.

Durante la ceremonia de premios este viernes, vamos a reconocer a los estudiantes en varias áreas de logros académicos, servicio, puntualidad, asistencia perfecta, y crecimiento social. Los estudiantes de EE-3 recibirán reconocimiento especial en las áreas de crecimiento social y personal y los estudiantes de 4-8 van a ser reconocidos por sus logros académicos. Estamos muy orgullosos de todos los niños/as de la escuela San Pió V. Esperamos verlos a las 9:30 a.m. en la iglesia.

We ask that you take care of any final office business on Thursday NOT Friday. We will be at church for the closing mass and awards ceremony (to which you are all invited—9:30 a.m. in church) and after that we will be saying goodbye to the children. The school office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tuesday through Friday the week of June 8th.

Les pedimos que arregle cualquier cosa que necesita en la oficina el jueves. NO el viernes. Estaremos en la iglesia para la misa del fin del año (al cual están todos invitados—9:30 a.m. en la iglesia) y después de nos vamos a despedir de los niños. La oficina estará abierta de 8:30 a.m. a 12 p.m. de martes a viernes la semana del 8 de junio.
